Move over deviled eggs! Deviled Potatoes are the new party snack in town! These canapes are super simple to make and they taste absolutely delicious! Your party guests will adore this delicious take on the classic party food!

To make these deviled potatoes, simply boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender and halve lengthwise. Mash hard-boiled egg yolks with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Save the egg whites in the refrigerator for an egg salad. Season the yolk mixture with salt and pepper. Before serving, pipe the yolk mixture on top of the cooled boiled potatoes and sprinkle with paprika and chives.

Boil potatoes

Boil 6 baby potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until tender.

Halve potatoes and leave to cool

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and set aside to cool.
