
This dairy-free Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream (or sp-ice cream as I like to call it!) always goes down a treat with my family! Just because the weather is getting cooler, doesn’t mean that we give up ice cream – quite the opposite in fact! However, I tend to adjust my ice cream flavors as the seasons change. This is one of my Fall favorites due to the pumpkin spice flavor.
It couldn’t be easier to make this – simply blend the 4 ingredients together and freeze in a glass container for an hour. Then you’re ready to serve – I like to serve my pumpkin sp-ice cream with a sprinkle of chopped pecans or walnuts on top.
