Cucumber and Pimiento Cheese Tea Sandwiches
These Cucumber and Pimiento Cheese Tea Sandwiches are perfect for picnics or afternoon tea, in my opinion. This recipe is super simple and the best thing is it provides a variety of sandwiches. Creamy fresh cucumber sandwiches contrast really nicely with hot yet creamy pimiento cheese sandwiches. Â
To make these delicious sandwiches, start by mixing cream cheese, mayo, dill, garlic salt, and lemon pepper. Spread on half of the bread slices. Top one slice of the bread with cucumber and sandwich together with the other half. Next, do the same with the pimiento cheese sandwiches – mix mayo, cream cheese, pimiento, juice, garlic salt, onion powder, ground mustard, and few dashes of hot sauce. Combine with shredded cheese and spread on slices of bread. Cut the crusts off the bread and cut into squares or circles using a 2-inch round cutter.
