Drain and rinse garbanzo beans
Combine hummus ingredients
In a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine rinsed and drained garbanzo beans with ¼ cup tahini, juice and zest of 1 lemon, 2 peeled cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
