This Kimchi-Sesame Hummus recipe is a fun new twist on a classic Middle Eastern appetizer. Classic is great (you might put together a hummus masabacha), but sometimes I like switching things up. Serve the hummus topped with a little chopped kimchi, sliced green onions, and lots of raw vegetables, or just keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for snacking. Enjoy!
