Delicious love this salmon and cabbage with avocado thanks so much for sharing.
Wonderful and flavorful, exactly what I was looking for in a recipe with cabbage.
Such a creative idea love everything about the way it looks and taste, thx so much.
I added some extra avocado to this because I'm an avocaddict haha, get it?
Easy to make but the cabbage cup doesn't hold so had to use a bowl since it got soggy and broke almost instantly.
Not sure how to explain what I didn't enjoy about the dish but I'm thinking it was the grapefruit-- it wasn't a bad meal but I would've prefered the stuffed cabbage instead sadly.
Wasn't sure if i'd like this or not because grapefruit and salmon didn't sound too good to me so I tried it out and have to say it's actually quite good, a little sour but nothing I couldn't handle.
Easily one of my favorite dishes out there, taste amazing and took no time at all to cook.
Used sunflower oil instead of olive oil but it didn't change much I think? Was still edible and delicious!
The avocado brings out the taste for sure in this so I'd say toss in a bunch!!
Added a tiny bit more salt and some black pepper too just to have extra spices in it.
My kids actually liked this a lot despite it being healthy food, they devoured everything including the cabbage cup itself :)
Loving this purple cabbage with salmon a lot more than the other salmon recipes on this website for example the slow roasted citrus salmon just isn't as flavorful as this one.
Obsessed with this meal! Had it yesterday for lunch with some cheesy garlic bread, perfection in a cabbage cup!
Added a tad bit of lemon juice to this to make the meal slightly zesty.
Really delicious and healthy!
