This is for a few reasons. I don’t really like traditional breakfast dishes and because I’m often rushing in the mornings, I don’t have much time to prepare. Enter this raspberry and almond baked oatmeal.
I prepare the oats the night before and leave them in a bowl in the fridge. When I get up the next morning, the first thing I do is turn on the oven and put in the oats. That way, they cook while I am getting ready for work.
